We were excited to have suprise visit from some special friends on Friday night! They had a great time playing and were sad to see them return to FL on Saturday morning. We did our best to get a good picture of them all together, but it isn't easy to get 5 kids to sit still and smile! I think we got at least one decent one!

On Saturday afternoon the sun was shining and it was a little warmer, so we decided to burn off the trees and as many limbs as possible from our ice storm a few weeks ago.

It started raining a little so Ben and Wyatt built a shelter.

We had hot dogs, marshmallows, and some good friends to share the time with! The kids were so muddy by the time we were done, but it was fun!

I think I need to get some advice from my sweet friend Judy on how to keep my blog updated! We have been so busy lately that I forget to update this! But we're still here and chugging along!




On Dec 17th Wyatt turned 6 years old! Hard to believe! He looked forward to this day for weeks, and finally stopped asking me how old he is now (he just likes to hear me say "you're six!")

He's really into geotrax right now so we put his gift on the cake--he loved it!

We headed to MS for Christmas this year and enjoyed some warm weather (can you believe I wore flip flops and short sleeves one day???) The kids had a blast and we were blessed to meet Chris's daughter Jessica--such a sweet girl!

And of course Nolan and Grace have both grown so much in just 3 months!
