On Saturday we took a trip to our favorite tree farm to find our Christmas tree. The past 2 years we did artificial so we were excited to jump back into this fun tradition. The kids were so excited, and I was until we were out in the freezing wind and light snow.
Wyatt actually got to help cut this year. The last time we did this the tree fell on top of him when Ben cut it down!

I love the smell, I just hate the needles!
We love going to cut down our own tree! It just seems to add to the excitement. This was an awefully cold weekend. We went Sunday afternoon and I frooze! The kids were all bundled up, but not Mommy. :)
I am going to have to do the tree cutting down thing one year. Believe it or not, I have NEVER had a real tree. I love that last picture of your two together!
